  • Provides constant supervision and support to children/adolescent female residents in a structured environment.
  • Provides positive direction to assist the residents to meet their Individualized Service Plan (ISP) goals.
  • Practices and conducts crisis intervention principles.
  • Maintains daily documentation on all residents in the form of residential shift notes and staff shift notes. Documentation includes:
  • resident’s behavior, affect, presenting issues, and concerns, as well as completing a point chart system as a means of behavior
